The Durbar Hall, or audience chamber, is undoubtedly the most opulent room in the palace. My aim here was to create a space that exuded power and magnificence while still being functional for royal meetings and gatherings.

One of the most defining elements of the palace is the grand staircase, designed to make a powerful first impression. Crafted from the finest Italian marble, this sweeping staircase was meticulously carved to give a sense of ascending into the heavens, as if the palace is truly a “mirror of the sky.”
